Alogara House

Dear Alogara Guest,

For legal and safety reasons, please understand and acknowledge the following terms and conditions before you make a booking to stay at Alogara House.

Alogara is not a party house. No parties or events.

No smoking inside the house at all. This includes vaping and ecigs.

NO BYO bbq’s. Potential high wind danger.There are 2 bbq’s on site

Maximum of 14 guests allowed including children.

No visitors allowed. Only registered guests are welcome.

No Pets are allowed to stay with you at Alogara

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am, as per council regulations.

Outdoor Spa cannot be used between 11pm and 7am

Keep children away from spa controls. $150.00 for each dial control, if broken.

Keep spa covered at all times when not in use.

Max spa capacity is 6 people.

Parking on driveway only . No parking on the nature strip outside the property.

Maximum of 6 cars in total. No caravans, trucks, trailers, etc

Wear soft shoes or no shoes inside the house to protect the timber floor.

Keep timber floor dry, do not leave wet towels on timber floor.

Clean any stone bench tops immediately after any liquid spills, especially wine.

Observe safety rules for the Steam Room and outdoor Spa.(see compendium)

Children must be supervised at all times, in and around spa and all decks.

Do not move furniture. Please leave house the same way as you found it.

Please wash dishes and put away, or at least leave them cycling in the dish washer.

Please clean BBQs after use.

Please lock all external doors before you leave.

You agree to pay for any damages caused by anyone in your group.
